Content Overview | A hands-on, collaborative project that will take you out of the classroom and into the real-world! Unleash your creativity, develop entrepreneurial skills, and work with team members to launch and run a sustainable food truck in the heart of Tokyo. Gain invaluable experience and firsthand knowledge in project management, sustainability, and starting up in this one-of-a-kind, project-based course! 【Outline】 This 12-month course is entirely participant-driven. It is not composed of classes, but of regular meetings held with team members and advisors to brainstorm, develop concepts, report progress, manage scheduling, and more! 【Project Phases/Schedule】 ・April-May: Kickoff and Concept Development ・June-July: Sales Strategy Development and Fundraising ・August-September: Operations Planning ・October-November: Execution ・December-January: Reflection and Reporting ・February-March: Wrap Up and Closing Ceremony |

After graduating from Keio University with a degree in Economics in 2009, he joined Procter & Gamble (P&G) and began his first career in the Sales & Marketing division. He changed industries several times (Kids2-toys, MARS-petcare, Mondelez-snacks, Foodpanda-food tech, and ABC Cooking Studio-cooking) before founding ABC Sustainable in 2023.
